Getting a security person to sense body temperature of incoming personnel actually defeats the whole purpose of sensing. The security may turn back a person having high temperature, but in the process can contract the virus and spread it in the company.
Added to that is the fact that manual process involves one person full time; in case of large companies the process itself takes a lot of time. The measurement, when done in a hurry by holding the sensor manually at different angles gives different readings.  
The Litel ATD (AUTO TEMPERATURE DETECTOR) addresses these concerns effectively.
Basic features
The product consists of
•An aesthetically finished stand,
•A Litel infrared thermometer is mounted on the stand at a suitable angle. This is a robust industrial thermometer (not the handheld sensor) suitable for 24x365 operation.  
•an LED display for temperature 
•a red indicator lamp and alarm if the temperature  is above a pre-set temperature.
•A 5 m long cable with plug for connecting to a standard 240 V supply.
An area needs to be marked for a person to stand. The unit gets activated automatically when a person is physically present in the area. When temperature is within limit, a beep signal is heard. If it is above the limit, the lamp flashes and an alarm is operated.
Response time: about 3-4 second per person including sensing the presence of person, sensing his body temperature and displaying the same.
